Brand Report is a summary that provides insights into various metrics related to a brand's performance over a specified period. It is delivered via email and includes comparisons between the current and previous periods, highlighting significant changes across key metrics.

Set up a Brand Report

  1. Click your profile icon on the upper right side of your screen.

  2. Click Notifications > New Notification > Brand Report.

  3. Create a name for your report.

  4. Choose the brand you want the report to cover.

  5. Select the metrics you want to include in the report.

  6. Set the frequency and time to receive your report.

  7. Select the marketplaces you want to include in the report.

  8. Choose the product conditions (new, used, open-box) you want to include in the report.

  9. In the recipients section, add your name and email to receive the brand report. You can also add your teammates' names and emails so they can receive the report as well.

  10. Click Save.

Once your report is set up, you will receive it via email on the specified date and time. Unlike the Seller and Product Reports, you don’t need to download any files. The report's content is straightforward and can be viewed directly in the email. Additionally, you can find and manage your report on the Notifications page.

Authorized Buybox

The percentage of times your product won the buybox from authorized sellers.

Unauthorized Buybox

The percentage of times your product won the buybox from unauthorized sellers.

On Hold Buybox

The percentage of instances where the buybox is on hold, meaning it is temporarily unavailable.

Suppressed Buybox

The percentage of instances where the buybox is suppressed, meaning the marketplace has hidden the "Add to Cart" button and there is no featured offering.

Products with Price Violations

The number of products that have been flagged for price violations during the reporting period.

Sellers with Price Violations

The number of sellers who have violated pricing policies during the reporting period.

New Unauthorized Sellers

The number of new sellers that have started selling your brand's products without authorization during the reporting period.

Returned Unauthorized Sellers

The number of unauthorized sellers who have returned to selling your brand's products after a period of absence.

Removed Unauthorized Sellers

The number of unauthorized sellers who have stopped selling your brand's products during the reporting period.

Notes Added

Notes that are added during the reporting period.

Contacts Added

The number of new contacts added during the reporting period.
