How can I check if sellers are complying after we contacted them?

  1. Go to the Sellers page.

  2. Select the seller you have contacted.

  3. Click on Open Seller Profile.

  4. View the seller's activity in the Activity Tab

    This tab allows you to stay updated on the seller's activities related to your brand. Here, you can see if they have added or modified contacts or notes, joined as a new seller, returned after being inactive, or been removed from your brand. You can also monitor updates to their product offerings, including any additions, removals, or restorations.

  5. Check the Pipeline page

    This page shows the current stage of the seller in the compliance process.
