How can I be notified when a seller violates the MAP policy?

Edited

To know if a seller is violating your MAP policy, there are two ways you can do:

Using the dashboard

1. In your dashboard, click the Sellers with Violations box.

2. This directs you to the Sellers page, where you can see the sellers with price violations.

3. Click one of the seller drop-downs to see which product/s this seller is violating the MAP price for. The MAP violation will be highlighted in red.

Using the notifications feature

1. In the upper right corner of your dashboard, click your profile icon.

2. Click Notifications.

3. Click New Notification, and select Seller Report.

5. Input the name of your notification report. The report will contain various seller metrics, including those with pricing violations.

6. Click Select All to receive a notification of the report for all sellers who violate your MAP policy.

7. Change the frequency of how often you want to receive the notification.

8. Input your name and email to receive the report. You can also add your team members as recipients.

9. Once you are done customizing your report notification, click Save.

11. Your notification is now active, and you will receive the report at your chosen time and frequency.
