Change role permissions
In our platform, you can create multiple roles with different permission levels so that every team member can appropriately access their duties. For example, you could customize a role that grants full access to all platform features for general team members and create another role specifically for your legal team, restricting access to only the pipeline and contacts pages, for example. This approach helps keep sensitive information secure and optimize operational efficiency.
To change the role permissions, follow these steps:
Click on your profile and select Roles & Permissions.
Choose a role for which you want to modify permissions.
Select the desired permission level - either View Only or Edit - for items such as Pipeline, Pipeline Settings, and Roles.
Once you have made all the necessary changes, click the Update Role button.
