Add a Note or a Shared Note

Notes are an effective tool for documenting important actions or information related to a seller. You can easily add a note or a shared note on the Sellers, Contacts, and Pipeline pages. Whether you need to note something specific about a single seller or create a shared note applicable to multiple sellers, the process is made easy for you.

Adding a Note or a Shared Note from Bulk Actions:

  1. Navigate to the Sellers, Contacts, or Pipeline page.

  2. Select the sellers for whom you want to add a note. If you select two or more sellers, this action will create a shared note.

  3. From the bulk actions menu, choose Add Note or Add Shared Note.

  4. If you add a note on the Sellers page, you have two types of notes to choose from: regular and call. Selecting Regular lets you enter details such as the title, description, and labels. Choosing Call provides additional fields, including a dropdown for call outcomes and a field for adding a phone number.

  5. After filling out all necessary information, click the Submit button to finalize your note.

  6. You can view the note by clicking the note icon next to the seller group icon.

Adding a Mail and Email note via the Seller Profile:

  1. Select a seller ID or a seller name.

  2. Click Open Seller Profile.

  3. Click the Notes tab and select Add Note.

  4. Choose whether you want to add a Mail or Email note.

If you choose Mail, you will need to fill out the required fields such as title and labels. You will also be asked about mail delivery, printing options, and return address.

If you choose Email, you have two options. You can either manually enter the email information, such as subject, recipient, sender, body text, etc. Alternatively, you can use the Front Conversation ID by selecting a conversation, clicking the three-dot menu at the top, and selecting the "Copy conversation ID" option.

Adding automatic notes for Regular, Mail, and Email note types via the Pipeline

As you move sellers from one stage to another in the Pipeline, you can add automatic notes for Regular, Mail, and Email note types. This feature makes it easy to keep track of your communication with sellers and provides you with a comprehensive record of your interactions with them. 

To add automatic notes, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Pipeline page.

2. Click on Pipeline Settings.

3. Select a stage and click the edit icon of Regular / Mail / Email note.

4. Input the relevant information for your note.

5. After inputting the information, turn on the toggle to activate the automatic notes.
