The dashboard in Brand Guarde is the central interface that provides a comprehensive overview of seller activities and product compliance across different marketplaces. Upon login, users see default metrics and filters, including a time frame selector and a date picker, which allow for viewing both current and historical data. It's divided into three main sections: Sellers, Products, and Buy Box sections.

Seller Section

This section is dedicated to providing you with information about sellers' activities on the platform. It offers an overview of different types of sellers, including authorized and unauthorized ones, and includes data on new, returning, and inactive sellers. Additionally, it showcases seller notes linked to enforcement actions, such as sending cease and desist letters. The main goal of this section is to help you understand seller behavior and compliance within your marketplace.

Product Section

The Product section is specifically designed to keep track of information related to the products listed in your marketplace. It displays statistics on the number of products being monitored, details on violations of pricing policies, and identifies the top violators. Each piece of data is interactive, allowing you to click through and access more detailed information. This section is crucial for managing pricing policies and ensuring product compliance across your marketplace.

Buy Box Section

This section is about the Buy box feature, which is crucial in marketplaces like Amazon, where multiple sellers sell the same product. This feature displays which seller is winning the buy box and provides a breakdown of sellers by categories such as authorized, unauthorized, on hold, etc. Additionally, this section lists the top buy box sellers, which helps you monitor and develop strategies around this essential aspect of marketplace selling.
