Dashboard
The Brand Guard dashboard is your central hub for tracking seller activities and product compliance across various marketplaces. Upon logging in, you’ll find a clean and user-friendly interface featuring default metrics and filters, such as a time frame selector and date picker, enabling you to view both real-time and historical data. The dashboard is organized into three key sections: Sellers, Products, and Buy Box, each providing critical insights to help you manage and protect your brand effectively.
Seller Section
This section is dedicated to providing you with information about sellers' activities on the platform. It offers an overview of different types of sellers, including authorized and unauthorized ones, and includes data on new, returning, and inactive sellers. Additionally, it showcases seller notes linked to enforcement actions, such as sending cease and desist letters. The main goal of this section is to help you understand seller behavior and compliance within your marketplace.
Product Section
The Product section is specifically designed to keep track of information related to the products listed in your marketplace. It displays statistics on the number of products being monitored, details on violations of pricing policies, and identifies the top violators. Each piece of data is interactive, allowing you to click through and access more detailed information. This section is crucial for managing pricing policies and ensuring product compliance across your marketplace.
Buy Box Section
The Buy Box is a crucial metric on platforms like Amazon, Walmart and others, where multiple sellers offer the same product. This tool allows you to see which seller is currently winning the Buy Box, and provides a clear breakdown of sellers categorized as authorized, unauthorized, or on hold. It also identifies the top Buy Box sellers, offering you key insights to track competition and refine your strategies to enhance your position in the marketplace.
Average MAP Price Difference
In this section, you will find the metric that calculates the average percentage difference between the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) and the listed prices of products across an online marketplace. It helps assess how well online stores and sellers are following pricing rules. By using this metric, you can quickly see if the advertised prices align with expected pricing standards, ensuring transparency and competitiveness in the market.
Products with Violations
In this section, the “Products with Violations” metric is shown as both a percentage and a total count of all the monitored products. This provides a quick overview of how many products are not following the MAP guidelines, helping you track compliance both in overall terms and more specifically by individual products.
Offerings with Violations
In this section, the “Offerings with Violations” metric works similarly to the MAP Price Difference, but it looks at multiple listings under a single product. It gives you an overview of the total number of non-compliant listings across all offerings. This helps you understand the extent of MAP violations in more detail, providing a clearer picture of how widespread pricing issues may be.
